These recipes have been handed down and evolved over time to suit the Australian market, both in terms of taste, nutritional value and reduced fat content.
The Executive Kitchen was designed with the assistance of food technician experts at Oppenheimer and is more than just the hub of creation, it is a state of the art, centralised production facility that underpins the quality of the Ali Baba offering. The WCEK supplies Ali Baba franchise outlets nationally with 100% Australian produce, sourced from local Australian farmers and growers.
