Our secret family recipe has been handed down through the generations and although we can’t divulge all the secrets to our marinade, we can tell you you’ll be hit with flavours of cumin, nutmeg and others that create the signature Ali Baba flavour you won’t be able to forget.
We only use 100% natural and preservative free ingredients that are prepared in our World Class Executive Kitchens (WCEK). Our premium cuts of meat are sourced from the best Australian producers in the eastern mountain ranges of Australia. They are then marinated for 24 hours in our authentic blend of Arabic herbs and spices and make their way to the many Ali Baba stores around the country.
