What if I have a problem registering online? Who do I contact?

If the store who provided the loyalty card is unable to provide assistance or you are not currently located near an Ali Baba store then you will need to contact Head Office on (02) 9829 8600 or ultimaterewards@alibaba.com.au

What if I don’t want to register online?

If you do not want to register online then you can earn continue to earn Ali Baba Rewards Dollars but unfortunately until you are registered you won’t be able to redeem them.

I can’t change my birthday?

We have disabled this function, as some customers have tried to change their birthday to get multiple rewards. You can enter your date of birth once upon registration and if it is incorrect then you will just receive the reward during that period. If you would like it updated, you will need to email ultimaterewards@alibaba.com.au with your request.

I want to keep my existing loyalty card? Why can’t I continue using my card?

Ali Baba’s new Ultimate Rewards loyalty card aims to provide a more personalised and targeted loyalty program that rewards all of our customers. The new program allows you to earn points on every dollar spent and allows you to redeem for various Ali Baba products. In order to provide customers with a suitable amount of time, Ali baba will have a 4 week transition period ending on Januray 1st 2013 but after this time the old stamp cards will no longer be honoured. All new members receive a kebab upon registration, so we encourage you to change over from the old program and get your free kebab.

What if I already have 7 stamps on my loyalty card?

All old loyalty cards are due to expire on the 30th December 2012. We encourage you to cash these in immediately as after the old stamp cards will not be honoured after January 1st 2013.

What if I registered online and lost my password?

Customers can go back online and click ‘forgot your password’ and an email will be sent to them with instructions and a new password.

What happens if I lose my card and it is registered?

Simply go in store and get a new card, log into your account online and click ‘activate card” to update your details and transfer your Ali Baba Rewards Dollars. The system only allows 1 card to be active at a time, and will transfer across any Ali Baba Rewards Dollars already earned.

What happens if I lost my card and it isn’t registered?

Unfortunately there is no way for us to transfer your Ali Baba Rewards Dollars across so you simply need to get a new Ultimate Rewards card and register online to start earning dollars!
